Our smoke-free and pet-free holiday apartment “Sandliebe” was completely renovated in 2024 and impresses with its first-class location and excellent amenities, right in the heart of Grömitz’s beach and holiday centre.
From our beautiful, spacious south-facing balcony, which is well equipped and offers a wonderful view of Grömitz’s spa gardens, you can enjoy the sunshine all day long – from the morning until the evening.
Please note that the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child up to 13 years of age.
A private beach chair is also exclusively reserved for you. Please note that the beach chair is available for an additional charge of €8.00 per day. If you would like to use it, please register directly at the beach chair shop by 9:00 p.m. on the day before use.
The beach chair is located directly opposite Fish & Coffee and immediately next to the pier – at one of the most beautiful sections of Grömitz beach.

Our fully equipped, spacious and open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a comfortable seat.

You can also park directly at the property. A private parking space for 1 car is available for you. Please note that this is NOT a parking space for motorhomes or campers, and overnight stays in vehicles are not permitted.
The beach and Grömitz promenade are only about 350 metres away and can easily be reached on foot. There is also direct access from the property to the beautiful spa gardens, where numerous events take place, especially during the summer months.
You can start your day with a relaxing yoga meditation, work out on the various outdoor fitness equipment or simply enjoy the special atmosphere of the park – long before packing your beach bag and heading out to enjoy the sunshine in Grömitz.
The market square, with its many shops and amenities, is only about 50 metres away on foot. You will also find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and hairdressers in the immediate vicinity.
The seawater swimming pool “Die Welle” is approximately 300 metres away. Even when the weather is cooler, you can enjoy the seawater here or relax in the spa area or sauna.
Would you like to completely unwind, listen to beautiful relaxing sounds or give your body and mind some exercise?
Then Seelenlauscherei in Pelzerhaken offers a wide range of relaxation and movement activities. Jessica welcomes you with group sessions such as Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, meditation, sound journeys and Peter Hess sound massages, as well as workshops, Sunday Specials and retreats.

Upon request and by individual appointment, sound massages can also be arranged at your holiday accommodation, as well as Yin Yoga on the beach, individual coaching sessions or constellation work.
The beautiful 18-hole golf course of Golfclub Grömitz e. V. is also located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Golfers meet here to take part in fantastic tournaments, such as the “THEOS Matjes Cup”, and to enjoy the outstanding course with its beautifully maintained greens and varied fairways.
The second golf course, Golfclub Brodauer Mühle, is also only 6 km away and can be reached quickly and easily.
