Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment in Grassau in the beautiful Chiemgau!

Our 54 m² maisonette apartment offers space for 2 to 3 people and invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay. The separate entrance ensures your privacy and pure comfort awaits you in the lovingly renovated apartment.

Living area:
On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with a cozy couch corner, an inviting dining area and a modern kitchenette, which was newly furnished in 2022. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, so you can cook comfortably during your stay.

Bedroom:
Upstairs is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a pull-out bed that is perfect for two children. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries after an eventful day.

Bathroom:
The bathroom with shower and WC was completely renovated in 2021 and offers modern comfort and freshness.

Outdoor area:
Our vacation apartment has a 22 m² terrace and a small garden area that invites you to linger outdoors. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available so that you can spend warm summer evenings outside in comfort.

Further amenities:
A parking lot directly in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival. Towels and bed linen are of course provided on site and included in the price.
