Bright 4-room holiday apartment for 4 people in Reckingen, Goms, Valais. The Chalet Galmihorn is centrally located in a very quiet, sunny location with unobstructed views. The apartment is right next to the cross-country ski trail. Ski lifts are located in the neighboring villages of Gluringen or Münster/Geschienen. The Aletsch/Fiesch ski area can be reached by car in 15 minutes or by train directly from the valley station. The village of Reckingen offers a variety of activities: wonderful walking and hiking trails, bike routes for various difficulty levels, inline skating or roller skiing from Reckingen to Oberwald, river rafting, mini golf, golf in Obergesteln, a playground, and a swimming pool 200 meters from the house.

| The Goms region is a natural paradise and invites you to relax. Hiking is a great option for all ages. Those who prefer a leisurely stroll can enjoy a walk along the Rotten (Rhone) River. The Gomerhöhenweg (Goms Heights Trail) is a hiking trail that leads you through this natural paradise. The Galmihorn Hut is our local mountain and can be reached by bike or on foot (hiking). At the mountain hut, you can recharge and indulge in local specialties. The Münster airfield is ideal for children and teenagers. There is a large playground, soccer field, and tennis court. Those who enjoy grilling can bring their own bratwurst. In Geschienen, there is a man-made mountain lake for swimming or stand-up paddling. Right next to the accommodation (100-300m). There is an outdoor pool in summer. The minigolf course is well-maintained and a welcome change of pace. |
