General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Holiday Apartment

1. Booking and Contract Conclusion

A binding rental agreement is concluded between the guest and the landlord upon booking the holiday apartment. Bookings can be made in writing, by telephone, or online.

2. Payment

The total price of the accommodation is due upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed. The landlord may require a deposit.

3. Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: until 10:00 AM
Other times are possible by prior arrangement.

4. Use of the Holiday Apartment

The holiday apartment may only be used by the agreed number of people. Parties, events, or commercial use are not permitted.

5. Duty of Care

The guest is obligated to treat the holiday apartment and its contents with care. Any damage must be reported to the landlord immediately.

6. Liability

The guest is liable for any damage they cause to the accommodation or its contents. The landlord is not liable for the loss of the guest's valuables.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply.

8. House Rules

The house rules of the holiday apartment are an integral part of the rental agreement and must be observed by the guest.

9. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
