Holiday House closed to the Rursee (8 people, children and dogs welcome)

The holiday house with its individual interior has an extraordinary charme: historical living culture combined with new, modern elements.

If you are looking for something special, you are right here: lots of space in and around the house, pure nature and wilde animals inclusive. Only a 400 meter walk to the small lower lake, lots of hiking pathes and walkways around, an paradise for bikers and families, children and dogs.

The house is ideal for one or two families with children as well as small groups of 8 to 12: hikers, bikers and recreational users, friends and big families will enjoy their stay.

You find shops nearby (Bakery, discounter) and - if you want - you can come and go by public traffic. We can organize a pick-up service, if you have to much luggage to walk 2 km from the station in Heimbach to the holiday house. By the way: the tour from D?ren to Heimbach by train is one of Germany's most beautiful train tours, a perfect start to your holiday.

In the house you find 4 bedrooms with 2 (to 3 or 4) beds, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub and shower), both bathrooms freshly renovated. In the living room you can host two more sleapers, if you have visitors during your stay or if someone is snoring ;-)

The living room has two parts: one with sofas to sit cozily together, chatting or looking tv. The other part with a big extractable table to play tablegames or enjoy dining and celebrations.

To the garden you find a big winter garden, wich will be a comfortable room when it is raining. It is allowed to smoke in the winter garden. You also find a terrace there with a marquee, so you have another nature room in the garden in summer. The view of meadows and the "wilde valley" will give you a wonderful holiday feeling. The ground leads to the forest, from the forest you come to the lake.

In the "Kaminzimmer" big chairs invite you to sit down and relax, looking through the windows in the garden. The bright yellow sofa is the children's favorite picture books and reading niche.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook for 8 to 10 people: tableware, glasses, pots and cooking utensils, coffee and espresso machine, milk foamer, water heater and toaster, blender and of course stove and oven, dish washer and micro wave. All guests find a comfortable seat at the solid wooden table with the colorful chairs.
