EQUIPMENT - PRICES - AVAILABILITY
Located in the village center of Kirchmöser-Dorf, this 50 m² apartment is rented for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It is located on the first floor of our residential house and is connected to it by a locked passage door. As we ourselves have two children aged 5 and 8, it is not impossible that you may hear or notice them from time to time.

The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer (2 large drawers) and a radio with CD function/USB.
There is a hair dryer and a small clothes horse for drying towels and clothes.
The minimum stay is usually 1 week. The arrival/departure/change day is always Saturday. In individual cases (depending on capacity and availability) we can certainly find an individual solution. Just contact us (by phone) or send us a request by email.
The price for the first night always already includes the costs for the obligatory final cleaning. The price is valid for 2 persons.
Each additional night will be charged with different prices depending on the season, provided that you book at least 7 nights. For shorter stays we charge per night the same price as the first day for 2 adults.
For each additional guest we charge 15,00 € per day/night (max. 2 additional adults).
Children up to and including 6 years stay with us free of charge. The apartment is equipped with socket protection and oven safety.
A travel cot for infants can be optionally set up and / or brought (Alternatively, the (pull-out) large bed (80x200/160x200)in the kitchen-living room can be provided with a safety gate (L: 1.80m available)).
A high chair per infant is optional and available free of charge.
The rental price also includes the costs for gas, water, electricity, as well as guest WLAN and satellite television.
The use of bed linen and towels is included in the rental price. For stays of more than 2 weeks, the bed linen and the set of towels/bath towels will be changed every 2 weeks. A flat rate of 20 € will be charged for this.
Parking spaces are available free of charge in the immediate vicinity.
It is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
A deposit of €300.00 will be charged upon arrival or in advance by bank transfer/PAYPAL. This will be repaid/transferred after departure after inspection of the apartment free of defects.
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 4 p.m. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., we ask that you notify us by telephone about 30 minutes before arrival.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Cancellation conditions:

You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to compensate us for the damage we have suffered:
- 10% of the total rental price from the day of the booking confirmation by the landlord up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period
- from the 44th day to the 33rd day before the start of the rental period 30% of the total rental price
- from the 32nd day to the 22nd day before the start of the rental, 60% of the total price
- from the 21st day to the 12th day before the start of the rental, 80% of the total price
In the event of cancellation less than twelve days before the start of the rental period, the full agreed rental price must be paid. If it is possible to rent the apartment again at short notice during the canceled period, we will certainly find a solution that is satisfactory for both parties.
The date of receipt of your cancellation message counts. Amounts already paid will be offset.
The tenant has the right to provide a replacement tenant who takes over the holiday property in full. A processing fee of EUR 50.00 may be charged for this at the discretion of the landlord.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.
